Dave Johnson is an Animator and Art Director at Microsoft Studios, a graduate of Animation Mentor and the Art Institute of Seattle, and a soon to be graduate of iAnimate. He is an avid Animation film fan, a devoted Father and Husband, an amateur golfer (read: he stinks), a Podcaster, and frankly a bit of a moron. He also enjoys writing short bios about himself in the third person.
Dave's list of game credits include "Homeworld: Cataclysm," "Ground Control," "Kameo: Elements of Power," "Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts," "Viva Pinata," "Alan Wake," "Kinectimals," "Beards and Beaks," and "Toy Soldiers," just to name a few.
Poke around on the site, and feel free to drop Dave a line if you should see fit. He'd love to hear from you!

Monster First Date
My wife looked at this one and said, “You have a way of making ugly things cute.” It took many years of practice before I stopped making cute things ugly, so I guess I’m making progress. Thanks for stopping by!

Siggraph’d!
I’m up in Vancouver at Siggraph this week, and it’s been a blast so far. I always get so inspired here, even if that sense of inspiration is often mixed with one of envy when I see all of these … Continue reading
