Coffee Take

Is it done? Close enough.



Frankly the whole mouth snap at the end is a bit too slow, so I'd like to get back in there and clean that up. That being said, I'm going to force myself to move on to other stuff, including a special Halloween walk cycle I'm working on!

Choo Choo!

I'm never ready to call something "done," but this is about as close as it gets...



The next steps will be to get this thing printed, and then find out how much of my kid's college fund will go into having it framed for him.

Two More Quick 'Mations!

Here are a couple of quick animation tests.





I set the same basic rule for myself on these, which was I only had two hours to complete them. They turned out okay, but I am going to go in and polish the coffee take, as I just didn't have time to add movement to a lot of parts (eyelids, fingers, brows, etc.)

Train Shade

I've started to lay down some shading on the piece, and it's really starting to shape up!



I'd say I'm about 80% done right now, with around 19% of that remaining 20% being dedicated to all of the dang coal! ;)
